sketch11 Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 For some reason TRIM and EXTEND do not intersect to lines. TRIMEXTENDMODE is 0, the traditional method. Example with EXTEND, only 2 of 4 lines extended. Example TRIM, one line subdivided, the other didn't trim. Quote
Dadgad Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 (edited) Please upload the dwg, saved as Autocad 2013? I have never used 2021, am on 2016, sorry then, but Guran is on the right track, probably edgemode. Prhaps the default setting has been changed. Edited October 26, 2022 by Dadgad added info Quote
sketch11 Posted October 26, 2022 Author Posted October 26, 2022 Hi, it's all drawings. It's with version 2021, on current computer. Have not had the issue in the past with other versions/computers. Quote
sketch11 Posted October 26, 2022 Author Posted October 26, 2022 Hi, thanks I did try this before but no good. Quote
guran Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 Are all your lines on the same plane (same Z coordinate) 1 Quote
sketch11 Posted October 26, 2022 Author Posted October 26, 2022 Yes they are. I've tested on several different files as well. Some setting must have changed and I don't know how to fix it. Quote
ReMark Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 As previously suggested upload and attach a sample drawing. Quote

guran Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 When I set EDGEMODE to zero it works fine. 1 Quote
sketch11 Posted October 26, 2022 Author Posted October 26, 2022 OK thanks for confirming. I did try again and it worked this time but I'm sure I tested before posting. Thanks for confirming, maybe it was my error. Quote
