fazel6021 Posted October 1, 2022 Posted October 1, 2022 Hello I want a lisp to measure two sides of a closed polyline that is connected to another specific layer and the size of the other parts is not required. If possible, give the area of each parcel. Can someone please help? Quote
BIGAL Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 (edited) If the objects are a pline and they touch the orange line then you can find them, if they are on a layer then you can get all of them and check do they touch the orange line. Re get 2 sides easier to just get all sides. Post a dwg with a before and after showing exactly what you want. Edited October 2, 2022 by BIGAL Quote

Thank you for your explanation.Drawing3.dwg I sent the AutoCAD file and gave the description inside the file. I am waiting for your answer. Thankful. Quote
BIGAL Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 Worked out a 1st step pick inside the intersecting plines use bpoly to make a inside pline, ok hatch the white pline. Use trim to remove the hatch from inside the white pline. Automating this maybe. Not a 5 minute job. The big problem I see is doing those labels you want. No code at this stage, some else may jump in. Quote

Take the longest segment of the bpoly and calculate its angle? geo center wouldn't work for some areas. --edit maybe use the point when clicking for bpoly. Edited October 6, 2022 by mhupp Quote
