Not sure what you want but if you select any object it has some type of XYZ point associated to it so do a ZOOM C PT scale. Mleaders have an insertion point.

When I run that native command its zooming extents after selection. 

 

Weird. Maybe it's a plugin I installed that has a badly behaving reactor but it would be good if someone with the latest 2023 could check this.
