When you pick the (+) to add a new layout,

can that new layout have a title block (or other) appear as a default?

We have a dynamic block/title block with multiple sheets in the drop down with numbered zones

and we would like that to appear when the (+) is picked. - if possible.

I tried filling in these settings with templates but what they did was start NEW drawings with a template.

(Which was nice) but not what I am after.

We are not using Sheet Sets where I work (if that matters)

Please advise (and thank you!)

You can program a choice of say what layout to use from another dwg. When you type layout use the "T" option and it will ask for a dwg, then ask for a layout name. I have for a clilent around 30 client names so pick from list, then size and orientation, a new correct layout is created.

(command "layout" "T" "Master layouts-2022.dwg" ntitle )

Can provide more detail.

If you use the LAYOUT command, you can specify a template. You can also right click on an empty layout tab and use the "From template" option.

Apologies if I'm not understanding the issue.
