How to draw equally distance lines 1 between 2 parallel lines

Please help me to any routine or lisp to draw equally distance lines 1 between 2 parallel lines where 1 major line intersect with both line and between 2 major line 3 half line.

 

Please refer attached snap.

BATTER.LSP like 100 different versions. Even line types, Batter.

 

Tadpoles not lines.

 

Will think of a few more Google hints 1st go "Batter Autocad lisp"
