Alex_Freelancer Posted April 2, 2022 Posted April 2, 2022 When copying and then pasting a primitive, the cursor highlights the face of the front object in model space. The same thing happens when you run the mirror command. I'm trying to highlight the middle of an object with the cursor, but if there is another object in front of it, then the cursor captures it. Disabling hardware acceleration didn't help. Autocad 2016. dynamic input is off SELECTIONPREVIEW is 0 Quote
Dadgad Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Welcome to CadTutor Alex_Freelancer. I suggest looking at your 3D Snap Options, and setting them accordingly. By the Middle of an Object might you mean the Centroid? 1 Quote
Alex_Freelancer Posted April 3, 2022 Author Posted April 3, 2022 I'll show you in the picture. The object is inserted in model space. When the cursor is directed to the surface of the cube, the object changes its position in space. I want this not to be. Quote
