Unless you were given the radius of the arc I would recommend trying the 3 Point option under the ARC command.  Take a look at the attached image.  For my three points I drew, then selected the two ends of the green line at the top and the midpoint of the lower green line (offset 15 units from the top green line).  When done you can erase the two green lines.

Maybe a simple circle solution osnap MID, INT and Qaudrant rad1 30 rad2 15

The usual five different ways to do it a line ortho on drag enter 15.
