Is there a lisp for a special or advanced delete command to delete a locked object?

I am looking for a lisp to delete any locked object I want without going through unlocking its layer, deleting it, then locking the layer again. A lisp to automatically unlock the layer, then delete the object and lock the layer again, or delete it without unlocking and locking it would be very useful. Thanks in advance.
