How to rotate in Autocad polyline. Is there an option for automatic rotation?

I would use the MIRROR command followed by the ROTATE command.  When using the MIRROR command I would select as my OSNAP the Midpoint of the longer of the two lines.  Note: When given the option in the MIRROR command to erase source objects answer "Yes".  That would reverse the order of the two lines placing the blue colored line above the red colored line.  I'd suggest using the same OSNAP on the blue colored line when both are rotated.

Can you advise some instructional videos

You can find instructional videos about AutoCAD on "YouTube".  Example...

This is not a link.  I just searched on the words "AutoCAD"+"YouTube".  It's that easy.
