Adel Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 I watch a video on YouTube and he advice people to take care about free lisps because it can have a ransomware, so please can anyone here advice me or give me some safe sites for free lisps Quote
Steven P Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 Here.. this is generally a good place to get advice and snippets of LISPS. Got point to note generally to pay attention to anything you download, it should always go through a virus checker. Noting that a LISP can be opened simply with notepad - if it is anything other then be suspicious (especially perhaps an exe file). LISPS are written generally with real words so if you get one that isn't then be suspicious also. However for now, you can always ask for advice and if you need anything specific ask here and people will be able to point you in the right direction 1 Quote
tombu Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 A few sites I trust besides Cadtutor: http://www.lee-mac.com/programs.html https://www.afralisp.net/ https://jtbworld.com/autolisp-visual-lisp https://autolisp-exchange.com/ https://gilecad.azurewebsites.net/Lisp.aspx Got to be responsible though put them in a folder in both the Support File Search Path and Trusted Folders. I also don't download any compiled code, lisp and dcl only. 1 2 Quote
