Smooth Curves Created in AutoCAD Are Rough Corners When Opened in Navisworks Manage

I have a somewhat complex 3D model of an arch shape in AutoCAD. The surfaces are nice and smooth as I used a spline. But when I open the file in Navisworks manage all those smooth edges turn into sharp fillets. The general design idea is there but that smooth look I'm getting in AutoCAD is what I need in Navisworks.

 

I suspect it could be a video card issue but this box has an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super card. The system is an i7 with 16 GB RAM.

No idea on that one Bill. I doubt it's the video card, a GTX 1660 Super is a good card.
