ACAD LT 2022 is it possible to delete everything that is duplicated in in the same position ?

 

In other words where 2 identical elements sit directly on top of each other.

Look into the OVERKILL command. It will remove and/or consolidate lines and arcs that overlap. It doesn't seem to work on text.
