Dimension Text Reorients Around the Dim Line

I have two dimensions adjacent to each other. The dimension on the top (5'-4") is okay. But when  I do the lower dimensions the text moves to the other side of the line and rotates 180° ???

Don;t know a quick answer but the dim angle is greater than 270 so dim flips. Same will happen around 90. You could do a check angle and move the text. Alternatively may be to redo dim pt1 pt2 pt3 now do pt2 pt1 pt3. Either manual or use a lisp to check..
