Q: Quickest way to label the X and Y coordinates of a point/vertex. (Autocad 2022)

Essentially I'm looking for something that looks like the result of the "Dimordinate" command (Coordinates above/below a line connected to the point) however it shows the X AND Y coordinate stacked on top of each other (and preferably to 3 decimal places).

 

Appreciate any help or advice. Cheers

Lots of lisp for doing that out there but this slightly modified version of Tharwat's code for labeling coordinates with a leader is what I use.
