Hatch boundary surround by Polyline

Hello,

 

Does anyone has a lisp that does surround hatch with boundary as polyline. It's too difficult to me to write if anyone can help that would be really helpful.

 

So the lisp should find hatch in the selection and create/modify boundary into polyline, drawings may also have common boundary with other hatch.

 

I am looking something like in below screenshot. The result drawings have 6 polyline boundary.
