Please explain as below:

No need make table like this ( drawing is sample)

Step-1 : select 1 entity MT or Text to get information of new block name (BLOCK NAME-1,....BLOCK NAME-2)

Step-2:  select 2 entity objects(line, spline, ....) and convert them to Block. Random name of these Block will be ren name to step 1 ( the Name of Block get content as same like as row)

Thanks you

I started to do something and then stopped, whilst you have shown simple shapes, 1st problem the 5 sided object needs to be a pline. Now for real problem, you have drawn simple shape but what happens when they are made up of multiple objects, as per the polygon, you can window the text no probs but if multi objects make 1 object it will all fall apart without lots of effort to check for a gap to next object. I can just see as per second image, please confirm true example  shapes that may be encountered. Even then I doubt I can provide something.

Both objects can be the first and second case as your image above.

Now I am using 02 lisps for this work, however I have to select one by one:

1. Create Block

2. Rename Block from anynomous by choose Text/Mtext.

Please find attachment 02 lisp

Could you develope and joint to one lisp can do select window to create/rename multi Blocks

Hope you understand and help me.
