Dimensions Help

Hi all. When I click on a polyline in as shown in the attached screenshot, Several dimensions with padlocks appear.

Ive not seen this before, does anybody know what they are?

As BIGAL said, those indicate Parametric Constraints are engaged.  They can be turned off, or changed,

but they are there for a reason, presumably the person who created this drawing had a good reason for using them.   ;)

What version of AutoCAD are you using?
