Linetype issue

I had my Autocad  lock up and after I got it back up my line types, hidden, phantom ect show as a continuous line, but in a pline it shows. I  have change Ltscale set to 1, full scale drawing. I know it is a setting .

Can you post a sample drawing with this issue. If needed you can erase everything except a few sample problem lines.
