This is a pretty interesting interview from 2018.
It's a fairly long interview, so if you don't want to watch the whole thing, check out these parts.

At 23:42 he talks about how he's not interested in money. He just wants to provide a good program that works, for people to be creative and make things.

At 46:53 he gives his thoughts on Autodesk.
