Hello All,
I'm looking for a code that helps to protect a spreadsheet by MOTHERBOARD IP, to able to use the spreadsheet for one PC only.

You can protect macros in excel, so your 1/2 there, the other half, so many ways, IP address, disk ID, register entry.
