Dynamic block - Visibility label - position setting

With the visibility grip for dynamic blocks, is there a setting so that the grip always stay in the same position.

At the moment, if I stretch a block, the visibility grip changes position.

It shouldn't move, unless of course you have selected it as part of the selection in your stretch action. If you are sure it isn't selected then post your block so we can take look.
