Original is PDF created by former designer from Pro Engineer, the other PDF From Creo.7 is the one we have made. But from our PDF (.drw file)

we get a lot of extra lines and slightly different colors. Is there any setting to get the same result as original?

The original doesn't have as many layers. Just turn off the extra layers in yours.
