That is what I would have thought. But according to your first post, A would have been the answer.

 

The solution is not as one might have first thought!

We had a good arrangement with the GIS people if we found a mistake like this would send them the corrected dwg, the issue here is its massive not a few mistakes. Would need to do small areas at a time checking for no cleanup so accept. Like Eldon then look at problems this is the sort of thing we would have a work experience student do check every intersection.

 

Much better though at the GIS level to be fixed.
