sherbin
Hi all, My cad model when exported to sketchup i realised some of the lines weren't intersecting and when i went to the CAD file and zoomed in tried to extend the line it didn't want to and from the other side the line is overlapping the parpendicular line
SLW210
Can you post the .dwg?
nukecad
Are the lines, or their endpoints, at different 'Z' values?
BIGAL
To Sherbin open PAINT then do Prtscrn, Ctl+V into Paint then use the clip option to highlite the area of your cad drawing so all the personal stuff does not show, then just go to Cad Tutor and Ctrl+V again the clipped image will appear in your post. This is handy to do more localised clips of say Autocad dialouges. Like SLW210 post a dwg. Nukecad drew a line 0,0,0 0,0,10 drew another all at Z = 0 Extend worked and trim worked, pretty sure I have used this to get a Z value of a line at a x,y point.
