ezra
Can someone here tell me how to show the degree symbol while drawing in Autocad? I know the keyboard method is Alt, 0167, however it does not work while in Autocad. Ezra

BIGAL
Depending on the TTF font you can do all sorts of stuff, have traffic signs as fonts each character is a sign, another font does numbers in circle. Dingbats has some interesting ones.
Dadgad
@BIGAL and @CAD64 have already sorted you out on this, but an additional easy place to find this on the fly, while working, is at the right end of the TEXT FORMATTING bar, as shown in the screenshot. If you don't find what you want on that quick reference list, just click on OTHER and you will go right down the Global Rabbit Hole into the belly of the beast, as shown in the second screenshot.

tombu
The Alt+ codes for ° are either 248 and 0176 not 0167. https://www.alt-codes.net/ Edited September 13, 2020 by tombu
