Aligning multiple elements as a unit

I've drawn a pipe run consisting of multiple segments along a sloped ceiling. Later the slope has been changed, but I haven't found a way to align the entire run to the new slope. If it was just a single pipe segment it would be simple, but to adjust the whole thing seems difficult. Any ideas on that?

I don't normally do any sloped piping but have done some. If I am understanding correctly, the part that Revit struggles with is the takeoffs from the run all need to adjusted. What I would do is disconnect all the takeoffs, get the run correctly placed and then redo the takeoffs.

 

That's my inexperienced take on what I understand to be your issue.
