Hi Trudy did you look at the excel testmogro it will do what you want very simple two different cell formula and as excel can use copy to fill cells. The formula are at cell G2 uses concatenate very simple.

This is what i looking for.

 

First ask is for Buildings (close or no)

Second ask is for plines for reverse or no.

Buildings as already implied you can make a pline so rather than repeating 1st point again use "C" see excel below if open then a blank cell.

 

Reverse could be added bit hard as need visual input rather just have to use Reverse, can be made into a repeating command Pick Pick Pick etc.
