Creating building and slab keep move. figure way to lock slab from moving.

Now I had to  adjust center wall and noticed outside wall moved off slab. getting frustrated.

How to lock down wall to slab. 

East wall dimensions off and center room dimensions not equal in hall way.

Lock dimensions and still moves.
