3d model layout color issues

Why when i create a new view port in layout iwith same style (conceptual) i have different colors?

That's what I posted, the top is Layout and the bottom is Model, both look the same to me, but I am getting old.

I would guess it has to do with your computer, maybe someone else will chime in.

Do you maybe use a different background color in model and paperspace?

yes in model space i use rgb 240,235,214 in model space white

rgb 240,235,214 is not white, AutoCAD does try and make up for differences in background color most noticably when you use a white color it changes that to black on a white background. It would be worth trying to set both backgrounds exactly the same. That might not be the cause but try it.
