I am hoping someone can help me, I am trying to get info about Property sets, like extended data, Civ3d recognises data that has been made in property display.

So in lisp (setq schedApp (vla-getInterfaceObject (vlax-get-acad-object) "AecX.AecScheduleApplication.8.2."))

The issue is AecX.dll is an Autocad architecture Dll.

I read in a post that Visual Studio can read what subfunctions are available in dll's, so would appreciate if this is correct. The issue is not the dll name but the version part number else would just keep trying. The 2020 Civ3D gives some clues about version numbers
