To place blocks/points with xy coordinates & sequentially numbered on it.

Hi Friends,

Lisp to Place point/block with sequentially numbered on it & then to connect the blocks using pline from block1 to block6
sequentially as shown in attached picture1
i have the block#, X & Y co-ordinates in excel sheet as shown in picture2

earlier i used scripts to place simple plines using these co-ordinates, but now i need it in lisp,
so please someone help me on this task.
