Layer Group Filter

Here i m facing problem about layer group filter in civil 3d , i-e it doesn’t show in layer properties even I created from the beginning and save as but when i open that drawing again, the result remain same, i couldn’t understand what’s actually happened, I also try to check in Autocad 2014 but there is also not shown?   Is there something that i am missing through or maybe some drawing settings change,

So you create a group filter, save the drawing, close it, reopen it, and the group filter is gone?
