3D solid animals

Good evening,

 

Just to amuse myself in a quiet week in work next week, does anyone have any links where I can download 3d solid DWG of animals? (ideally one of the big African ones or something like a dolphin or shark.. but I am not too fussy)

 

I was wanting to slice it upbut I don't do a lot of 3d work - I tihnk I can do what I want with a solid object but not a nesh (I have tried a couple of them to onvert to soid bit often there are holes or something ant the conversion fails)

I don't think I've ever seen any solid models, just meshes.

STLIMPORT there is just so much stuff out there now for 3d printing will admit have not tried doing it. Just being doing some basic 3d printing at home of pre created objects.

Try thingiverse lots of 3D stuff, usually stl and it's free. Another one is yeggi which lists files from many resources lots are paid but you can search for free models
