restoring layer states - colors

hello i have in a drawing a layer example text with color cyan if i use restore layer states from my file.las in qhich text layer has color white because this not override change my layer from cyan to white?

A recent post was about using OBDX so it may be possible to pick any other dwg not open but read all the layer settings then update current dwg. Is that what your after rather than using yourfile.las

 

Notice in image default line thickness is different also.

Sorry don't understand ...what is obdx?i in image i use default 0.50mm thickness as default for all dwg

OBDX is part of lisp allows you to say look in another dwg but not open it.

 

Back to the question use any dwg for layer settings ?

I use my template in which i create a las file as in figure but autocad as you see don t change layer color of they are already presents
