Topsoil subassembly

The stock subassembly "stripping pavement" is similar to a subassembly I need. Can I compose a similar subassembly in the subassembly composer? The subassembly needs the following; 1. No constant depth for topsoil. 2. Follow the existing surface in cross section. 3. daylight or stop at the width of the highway. 4. a different vertical profile than the road corridor
