point codes for offset assemblies

I have an assembly with a single offset and have noticed an issue. I have the same code set applied to the assembly and offset but it does not display the same properties for the offset. I am trying to add additional point codes to the offset. Even though the same code set is applied to the assembly and offset when you try to edit the code set style different values show up depending on which item you select.

 

To rephrase this, when I edit the code set style for the assembly there is one set of codes displayed but when I edit the code set from the offset the values are missing even though they are the same code set style.
