Redifine block with annotative scales

Hello everyone,

 

I have the next situation:

 

• I have a block with attributes inserted in a drawing. It is not annotative.
• In my Block Library I have the same block in which I can make changes. This one is annotative.
• When I overwrite (redefine) the block in the drawing with the one from the Block Library, it is not possible to add new annotative scales to the originally inserted block.
• Only if I copy the block within the drawing or I insert a new instance of the block, it is possible to add annotative scales to the new one.

 

Does anybody have any clue how can I solve this?
