resullins Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Hi all! Long time no see. I just moved to a new company, and am now on a subscription for AutoDesk AEC. I downloaded and installed 2020, and open it while signing into my account (note that this same thing occurs if I don't sign in). Almost immediately, I get a pop-up that says "License checkout timed out. What do you want to do." And the options are to Save and Quit, or Quit without Saving. Anyone seen this? My subscription is active in my subscription center. And I used the same subscription to download and install 2018, and it works without closing. I've installed the Licensing Hotfix recommended by AutoDesk, and nothing. Quote
