match an object frame with its viewport

hi! please see the imge attached: i entered in a vewport and moved around its content, now I want to fit that internal frame with the viewport, i thought it was straightforward but both the zoom and the scale don't help:  i tried with zoom/window, but then the osnap don't work so i can't use it .....  i googled around but haven't found anything ,and as usual the knowledge.autodesk.com is of ZERO help.

Did you try ALIGNSPACE from Express Tools

Like Eldon says, ALIGNSPACE will do the job.
