DonovanPorter Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 Good Morning all i am currently busy with a bridge for our structural department, and i need to model a Bridge End Block. i have attached a few images of the said End Block How would i go about modeling such an intense item ? The reason for the model rather than just linking in a CAD 2D view, is they require the End Block to be Reinforced.. Quote
tzframpton Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 I would suggest the Massing tool. I personally am not too familiar with this tool, but I've always seen advanced Revit users use this tool for approaches to more "organic" modeling needs. There are plenty of YouTube videos to support modeling such as this, may want to begin your research there. -TZ Quote

tzframpton Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 File > New > Conceptual Mass is the tool location. Youtube search here. Maybe refine the search for "bridge" or something that relates to your discipline to yield a more focused result: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=revit+conceptual+mass Quote
DonovanPorter Posted March 18, 2019 Author Posted March 18, 2019 once again thank you very much. Quote
