I know that I need to draw a total of three circles and that I need to use the Tan, Tan, Radius option for the last circle. I just can't seem to figure out what the radius of the second circle should be or where I should be clicking for the TTR circle.

Offset 1.5 other 2 circles 1.5 green is the required answer once trimmed to be an arc. Its not a tan tan rad answer ?

However, if you draw a circle of radius 3 (twice 1.5) at the end of the line (blue circle), you can draw the cyan circle using TTR
