Accessing the Autocad sheet while a dialog box is opened

I am unable to draw while my dialog box is loaded. How can access be made when the dialog box is opened.

 

I set Showmodal to true and also to false; and in either case I get no intended results.

 

Can anyone assist?

Its a question asked before like pick a point whilst dcl is displayed, you have to close the dcl then reopen. If I remember correctly can not do.

Hi BIGAL. Thanks for your response; however I made an error in stating my problem: I really did not mean a Dialog box, I meant  a Form. I believe that the sheet should be accessible while a form is open. It happens in MS office.
