3d view of this figure cant view. Even plan of world or current cant view. please help.

Only can view the Named view      test.

You have thousands of odd objects dotted way out in space, which is why if you change views it appears as though nothing is there, because it all becomes really small.

Here's a version with 4300 objects deleted (blocks, polylines, hatches, etc), who knows if any of it was required?
