Font type changing when text height change

When I use attached code to change current text height , it changing font type also as shown in the images.

This mainly happen to font type Arial or Arial Narrow.

For Font type Romans etc. no error happen. After file and cad close and reopen the error goes.

Any how I moved to the above code given by the Lee Mac. Now no errors.

Maybe the original code fails because the new entity list does not include Xdata?
