kalindiberad Posted December 17, 2018 Posted December 17, 2018 Which is the best Design software used for CAD? Quote
ReMark Posted December 17, 2018 Posted December 17, 2018 It would depend on what you are designing. Can you give us a hint? Is it a product (ex. - air fryer)? Is it a machine part? Is it a highway or a subdivision? Is it a chemical plant? A house? Quote

rkmcswain Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 .........or if your budget is a little smaller, take a look at this: https://www.bricsys.com/en-intl/mechanical/ 1 Quote
f700es Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 Also look at AutoDesk Fusion 360. Depending on your status (student, hobbyist or start-up) it could be completely free to use. https://www.autodesk.com/campaigns/fusion-360-for-hobbyists 2 Quote
tzframpton Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 (edited) And if you budget is zero, there are decent free alternatives such as FreeCAD: https://www.freecadweb.org/ -TZ *EDIT* I would go with Fusion 360 well before FreeCAD when talking zero budget CAD options. f700es Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 Freecad is pretty cool and great for those that like to "tinker" a bit. I can see FreeCAD being like Blender in a few years. They have a great foundation that they are building on. Anything from BricsCAD is always worth looking at and trying. Quote
kalindiberad Posted December 19, 2018 Author Posted December 19, 2018 Thank you for your valuable suggestion..will definitely try all these Quote
