Hi Everyone

I am trying to create a linetype using an text but the text is overlapped with text when the line/Polyline drawn right to Left.

Can any help me out on this.

 

*GAS,GAS_LINE
A,3.1014,-1.6969,0,-1.6969,3.1014,-1.5964,3.1014,-1.6969,0,-1.6969,3.1014,["GAS",ROMANS,x=.98,y=-.8,s=1.5,u=0],-6.6

You are getting this problem because in the linetype definition there is the factor "u=0". This ensures that the text is upright, regardless of the way the line runs. However the definition does not quite space the text properly for both cases as your picture shows.

 

Try reversing the polyline where the text is not as you want it.
