Hi,
Being new to this forum, I have first tried the search option to look for similar problem which I couldn't. 
Problem: Panning in Top, Left or any other Orthographic View, shows the hidden or out plane details.
Please see in this figure.

This is a circle extruded to height of 45ft and I panned in the TOP View to the right

This is when I panned it to upper left corner. 



Desired Output: I just want it to be panned as in true Orthographic Projection. 

As shown in the figure below.

Why are you using panning to obtain the proper view?  Why aren't you using viewports?

Have multiple items on sheet. 
Due to a lot of reasons. And this is not the case if I make a new drawing and draw 3D on it. 
May I know what is the problem?
