Help with text width

Good afternoon all,

Can someone look at this drawing, SHT1 and tell me why I can't change the text width on text? I want text to be at .9 but when I go into styles or properties to change it, it reverts back to 1. On the flip side, if I change it to 2, it works. I am mindblowned. If someone can help me, I would appreciate it very much.

This is because the Length precision is set to 0, so no decimal parts are seen. The text width is probably changed, but you only see the rounded up integer.

Thank you for your response. How do you change length precision?

If you are using AutoCAD, then type LUPREC at the command line and enter the number of decimal places to be shown. If you are not using AutoCAD, then I'm afraid that I don't know.
