Sort order of Dynamic block parameters. Lookup missing from Parameter Manager

How do I place the lookup in an ordered manner?

Bumping thread.

 

The only way for the lookup to show first is by creating it at the beginning which is what I've done here.

 

Here's a sample block for anyone to see. If you open it in block editor there's no lookup shown to change the order.
