sailorhunter Posted July 16, 2018 Posted July 16, 2018 I have an A3 drafting sheet that i want to print out. For some reason i want the print out be be on an A4 paper. Is it okay to print an A3 Sheet on an A4 paper. How will it effect the drawing and the lettering? If not then what is the reason? Quote
BIGAL Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 You can print a postage stamp if you want just means you can not read it. With A4 much less than 1.5mm lettering becomes very hard to read, thats probably the only problem, oh yeah use a thinner CTB as thick lines will start to blend. Quote
nukecad Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 A3 printed on A4 should be no problem, (it's when you start trying to reduce A1 or A2 sheets to A4 that reading them gets to be a problem). Of course the printed drawing will not be to scale because you will have printed it at a reduced size. (By a factor of 0.7071). Quote
